Last week in Shanghai, the KRC team competed in both the F4 China Championship and the GTWCA. This is also the last stop of the 2024 GTWCA season. Cunfan Ruan and young Dutch driver Maxime OOSTEN will co-drive the #89 BMW M4 GT3 car.
The 4th race of F4 will officially start in Shanghai from September 13th to 15th. This time, the team will be represented by Dylan JIA, who won the category championship in the previous Ningbo race, and Ethan HO, who is participating in the F4 China Championship for the first time. In the F4 race, Dylan and Ethan won the 2nd place / 3rd place and best rookie award ; meanwhile in GTWCA, Cunfan Ruan and Maxime OOSTEN won the 7th place and the 2nd in the Silver-AM category this weekend.
"This race is the top priority of this year, and we have a strong lineup of drivers to meet this grand event"said Director Mars Kang. In the GT race, the two drivers showed excellent rhythm, taking 3rd and 2nd place in the Silver-AM group in the two rounds of podiums, and rising to 4th place in the driver rankings. In the F4 race, Ethan returned to the team and won the 3rd place in the F4 category and the Best Rookie Award. Dylan also won the 2nd in the CFGP category, once again demonstrating the strength of the team and the drivers.
Our BMW GT3 car will participate in the upcoming Macau Grand Prix and join the GT World Cup as a manufacture team. F4 will also be competing in Zhuhai, our home race, and we hope to achieve good results again.
The 2024 GTWCA season has come to an end ; and the final station of F4 will be held at Zhuhai Circuit from Oct 17th to 20th. Please pay attention to the latest news of the KRC team !
