At the opening round of the GT World Challenge Asia (GTWCA) held in Malaysia last week, Team KRC competed with car #89 BMW M4 GT3, driven by Ruan Cunfan and Dutch driver Maxime Oosten. After nearly a year of building teamwork and chemistry, the duo delivered an outstanding and consistent performance, marking a strong start to the 2025 season!
he race took place under extreme conditions of high temperature and humidity, posing a major challenge to both the drivers’ endurance and the car’s stability. Despite strong pressure from competitors, the two KRC drivers maintained a steady race pace and executed precise pit strategies, ultimately crossing the finish line first in their class. In Race 1, they secured an impressive overall third place and won the Silver-AM class. In Race 2, they continued their success by once again clinching the Silver-AM class victory.
The next round will be held in Mandalika, Indonesia from May 9 to 11. Team KRC will continue striving for greater achievements—stay tuned for more exciting action!
